Ati Balancer

[old mate]

just got my ATI balancer for an rb25det and it says on the box rb26dett. same thing or have i been sent the wrong item?

i looked in the search option but failed to find my answer.

Wrong item, AFAIK ATI dont make balancers for 25s.

Could be wrong.

well thats dissapointing. its not a cheap item aswell. i will wait for a few more answers before i call performance wholesalers back.

I dont think they make them specifically for rb25's. But we use the 26 one on our 30. People also use them on their 25's. Works fine, though you may need to space your power steering pump forward abit to line the belt up properly.

yeah i know a guy with one on a 26/30 so i guess it may be ok. i just wanted some one who has put one on a 25 say its fine. if i have to move some other stuff to make the belts line up then thats fine.

I had Ati make up a custom front pully, then machine the face for another 100bucks to suit the missus 25.
