Boost Sensor

Can anyone tell me where the turbo boost sensor that connects to the triple gauges on my r34gtt is located under the bonnet.

It's a round/oval shaped device near the rear drivers side of the engine bay, near the brake booster. You should be able to follow the vacuum hose near the back of the plenum to the bottom of the boost sensor.

These are known to fail after a few years, and typically just need to have their dry-joints re-soldered (this is what I recently did to my own after it played up twice in a week - haven't had a single issue since).

could also just be that the hose is split. that is also a common problem
