really noob question ! how much air are we suppose to put in the GTR34 wheels i think there 18's ??

No it doesn't. That would be the MAXIMUM pressure they tyre can handle.

I always put in 36 psi as reccommended by the tyre shop.

1) For normal road running on 18s, check the tyre pressure when cold > run the tyres on 37-38psi

2) On track, one might put in 29-30psi and then warm up the tyres

3) If you had RWD (which yours isn't) and you went drifting, one might go down to 25-26psi and even less on the rear
