How Tell What Rb26 Block You Have?

so a friend bought a gtr recently. rumour has it, it may have a gt500 block. how can we tell?

On the block. What does it have cast in to it?? (numbers/letters)

If its a GT 500 Block it will have "RRR" on the passenger side of the block

"05U" is stock

"24U" is N1

and "RRR" is GT. Lucky duck I you have one.

Look from underneath, its just to the left of the front turbo support where it bolts onto the block.
