I'm not one for flamboyant colours - won't be seeing me at queen street!

I kinda like plain colours. You've all seen those worked white Skylines from the big Japanese houses - Top Secret, Mines etc.

They look pretty damn good don't they?

Also I think Rosso Corsa Red Skylines are rare. That burgundy red is common but I think only the 32 came in a Ferrari red. I always found that a bit strange as that red is a definite for most sporting marques - not Skylines though...

T.

Red, (as in a proper red) IMO, looks shit on almost any-non italian car. Burgandy looks good on a few cars, and the R32 is one of them.

But black is the toughest, meanest, most classy looking colour and suits ALL skylines, perfectly.

Blue comes in a close second, whether its the light Bayside blue of the R34, dark Marine blue of the R33, blue suits any modern skyline from R32 to R34.

Black does look damned good ;), the only problem is keeping it clean...I was forever washing my old black R33 :(:)

Nissan definitely pushed gunmetal grey ad THE color for the R32's. For the 34's it was without a doubt bayside blue, but the R33's? Their "special" color was midnight purple but most of their literature featured silver cars...
