Corolla AE112 Head Unit Swap

I've got no idea on how to get the dash off, so i can access the head unit. Any ideas? We're trying to pry the part covering the head unit off, but it looks as tho it is screwed on somewhere, now we're trying to take the dash of for a better look, and that looks like it is screwed on somewhere .... any help would appreciated
