Hello All!

I have on sale a Pioneer Carrozzeria FH-P050MDzz in perfect and working condition! This unit is made and sold only in Japan. Carrozzeria is Japanese branding for Pioneer car audio lines. This unit plays both CD and MD, and is also compatible with MP3, WMA, WAV, MDLP and can read from a CD-R/RW. Also it has a cool black display. The backlight is sharp black and all the texts are displayed in white color. The equaliser and display is awesome! It makes this unit very unique and eye catching -- I assure you.

The reason I am selling is because I have already installed my favourite single DIN Alpine from my previous car

It has plenty of functions, such as DSP, EQ, Subwoofer control, 3-mode SFC etc. Your existing Pioneer or Premier CD changer with IP-bus works with this unit perfectly.

Please note that in Japan, radios are made to receive in the 76 MHz to 90 MHz band, but in Australia, bands through to 108 MHz. To solve this matter, you may use an FM expander (around $12.00 from Autobarn/Super Cheap Auto). The expander is an add-on unit you install between your car antenna and the back side of this unit - VERY EASY - if I can do it, you can too :D

Asking price: $170.00

Pickup or sent via registered post (at your expense).

Hi,

No it has no AV output, however, there is a remote control sensor on it. According to the Japanese manual (http://www3.pioneer.co.jp/manual/manual_pdf.php?m_id=1173) it includes an AUX but I believe it's from the rear plug to loom.

    • I get into huffs with people when I suggest the MX5 looks so much better as a coupe than it does as convertible. Pretty sure I don't prefer the convertible version of anything. Good job on the hardtop! The next buyer will appreciate.
    • IMO wrap does have its uses, but like you said, quality wrap, and professional installation, would probably cost want a quality paint job does, but, the paint, if maintained, is basically for life, and much easier to touch up if required  In other news: it's pissing down here, with thunder, lightning and only some small hail "at this stage", luckily all "my" cars are undercover  I've also been contacted by a guy in Newcastle about the SS, he said he will come down next weekend for a look, we'll see how that transpires I guess 🫰
    • Nah, I'm not an a-hole, ha ha!   I do like the colour match. Some of the carbon fibre wraps are quite freaking horrible. There's one a local company I know uses, and it looks damn good! Also very very expensive per metre to buy! ha ha ha It might be cheaper to respray the roof than use the good CF Wrap, ha ha!
    • Please noooooooo 😭 As for wrap, no thank you mate, I've seen and used "carbon fibre" wrap before, and for these hard tops, they look soooo good when colour matched Like this >>>
    • That depends, someone might offer me a good price to resell it Mark... Ha ha ha!   I can get it wrapped in a really nice looking carbon fiber vynil if you want?
