Removal of side indicator lenses

As the topic says .. How do I go about this task without breaking them?

Riaz has a bad name when it comes to removing them, so I won't trust him

Found a place that sells the wedge style globes that are silver coated so my clear lenses won't have the egg yolk look with the standard globes. $20 a pair!!

UPDATE!!! I found some silver coated wedge style globes for side indicators for Skylines for those that have clear indicator lenses and hate the egg yolk look.

A-Spec Auto Accessories in Perth have them @ $20 a pair. I don't know their number and it doesn't appear to be in whitepages.com.au, so maybe Riaz can shed some light on their number?

using your fingers only push or slide the indicator forwards and it will come out, just like that :wizard:

Any chance you can get plain white gauge faces for a S2 R33 Gts-t that don't light up or anything, except the numbers?

Not sure about that, unless you have the dollars for a nismo cluster!!! Mine are white during the day but rice blue or green at night.

I want to get clear side indicator lenses for my R33 - how much is a reasonable proce to pay for them? Where can I get them from?

you can expect to pay around $100 a pair, not sure where to get them other than most jap speed shops and most nissan dealers

dude the price is slightly more coming in at $110 or $108 from Northside Nissan

just call the parts department or go there, they are in Wangara. They are geniune Nismo indicators and brand new. Then go to Aspec in the city and get the mercury coated globes
