R32 - 34 gtr Stock power?

I know that its supposed to be 280bhp due to the gentlemans agreement but didn't nissan bend the rules a bit? Actually not only nissan but honda and toyota as well with the nsx and supra respectively. What i would like to know is what is the real power produced by these cars in stock form?

They where all above 206kw, without a doubt

I know Wheels put a stock N1 34 on a dyno and it made about 280kw. HPI also did a test on a stock Supra and it did about 240kw also.

Id say a stocker GTR made about 240kw.
