Howdy,

Last month I sold my Datsun 1200 coupe.

It was a sports sedan Race car, Fj20 motor,

100mm flares, 9" slick tyres,

4 wheel disc brakes etc, etc.

I have now bought a R32 GTR as a replacement

race car and am looking forward to it arriving from Japan.

The R32 hopefully has 500hp (as the dyno sheet showed)

and should be quicker than the 1200.

Don't laugh, the 1200 coupe was quick as it only

weighed 800kg.

So I have no dought I will be asking the same stupid

questions as every one else has done on this forum

in the past. "sorry about that"

The up side is that I am an Instrumentation fitter and

am going to work out how the electronics on one of these

work and how to beat or cheat it.

I've already got the 810 page service manual as a starting point.
