Ebc Failure

installed my new HDI sbc r electronic boost controller today with the help of an auto electrician so it should be set up correctly, unfortunately its making this horrid high pitch noise and other noises very similar to an old dial up internet line.

thinking maybe interference but tried the wiring in 2 places and same shit, also the guy at car toys said it wasnt intereference but not sure if he was just a sales rep or a mechanic. it does funny shit like making different noises if the lights are on or off and goes from making noise to being silent if i open the door.

also the boost cut at 20 psi on the gauge at 4000 rpm so i dont think thats accurate?

any ideas or any one had this problem before?
