Lithium
Why bother playing Russian roulette with a cheap knock off turbo when they are barely cheaper than genuine Garrett plain bearing turbos which you KNOW will be fine? It seems like the only options considered are a bling ball bearing Garrett GT-series, or a cheap nasty plain bearing one. There are in betweens people. And really, if you can't afford to spend a little more on just the turbo - then you are heading down a path you can't afford to... XRCIST
Heard some good reviews about Masterpower Turbos aswell, very popular in the US, especially with the Turbo Mustang crowd. However they are only available in external gate. Here is the Australian distributor http://www.expressparts.com.au/master_power.asp Just over $900 for a brand new turbo that has the same power producing capability as GT35/40. They are made in Brazil Cheers Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/309992-garrett-or-not-to-garrett/page/3/#findComment-5243233 Share on other sites
