R32 Speedo Gauge/dial Faces ?

hey all, ive currently got the standard blue gts faces with blue leds in my r32 gts.

i saw afew pics and was wondering if white dials would look any good with the blue leds ??

and whats involved with changing them, is it easy to get the dash appart etc

what do you think i should do ??
