R32 Gtr Tail Lights

hey guys

ive only had my r32 gtr for afew weeks, and today i got the misses in the drivers seat to press the brakes and make sure all the brake lights work

i found that the lights do come on but the reflectors i think dont all light up, for example only half the "hot plates" will light up, one brake light will be much brighter on the top then on the bottom...

has anyone had this problem, how can you fix it

should i take them out and flush them out with soapy water, maybe change the globes aswell?

any info would be great, thanks !

Check all the globes first. Often the inside of the globe itself becomes coated with silver, reducing the light output.

The reflectors usually fade, so any amount of washing will be a waste of time and effort.

if it is brighter at the top than the bottom it may have water in the light. or it may have had water in there in the past and the reflector may have bubbled
