I am on a Sharp Aquos 50" screen for a monitor. I do this from across the room. I can't edit the post anymore but I will be sure to try and resize properly for everyone here as I can.

Yeah keen to try some more for sure with the 5D2. I walked all the way up there and f**king forgot my tripod! Can you stitch the panos in photoshop or is there a good 3rd party program to use?

a dodgy program to use is Windows Live ... some thing some thing.. have to check what it's called when I get home. but it has a program that does it, but because it's automated it doesnt turn out that great

I use AutoPano Pro for panos - its very good!

Not yet but i've just replied to a PM on Facebook from a young lady that wants photos done so if she agrees she'll be the guinea p!g.

Zennon i'll be primarily be using for portraits but may use it occasionally for macro.

Shot a few photos in Sydney a few nights ago...

Thanks Sidd. My parents bought me a photography coarse for my birthday, so I'll pick up a fair bit from that in April. So I'll keep practising and posting up the shots as I go along.

James, I use a Cannon 1000D which is in my mind the best beginners DSLR for the price. But for someone who has owned 7 cars, including a GTS, GTS4, 2 GTRs, BMW, Audi, and now a Porche all before their 18th birthday, pretty sure you can afford one of these cameras They're the cheap parts... Next cruise I can show you around the camera if you want. Obviously I'm no where near as good as Ian, Sidd, Sam and Zennon (Although I do aspire to have their skills one day), but I'm getting the hang of it.
