AVC-R setting help ???

I accidentially press the reset setting on my AVC-R unit, after been tune. From looking at the all the setting, it's look pretty straight foward. Does anyone in the forum have experience self tunning the unit??? There a couple options which I need help with. Example: -

--OPTIONS-- --Current Settings--

- Ne - point Ne1: 2000,2500,3000,3500,4500,5000,5500,6000

- F/B speed 1s: 3 2n: 2 3r: 2 4t: 2 5t: 2

- Gear Judge 1st: 120 2nd: 70 3rd: 50 4th: 35 5th: 25

- Start Duty + 0% for all gears

- Boost/ Duty 1.05 kg/cm2 - 63 %

Car specs:-

- Standard turbo

- 3-1/2 inch exhaust (all the way to the turbo)

- Apexi Power FC

- Apexi AVC-R

- K&N air filter

- Type-s FMIC

- Standard fuel pump

- Standard AFM

- NGK Platinum spark plug

Can someone explain what setting to i need to apply for Ne - point and Gear judge ??? And how can you make the AVC-R self learning????

Notice everytime i start up the car like in the morning, the spd show around 10-30 km/h and then it's go down to 0????????
