Just curious as to what sort of fuel economy people are getting out of their GTRs.....

I know this is pretty obvious but think the most accurate way to test is -

*Fill your car and reset the trip meter...

*Drive xxx kms....

*Fill up again noting how many litres it took

*Divide kms travelled by litres taken to fill this time around.

I did this with mine tonight, I travelled 351kms this week and it took 47.5 litres of fuel...giving roughly 7.4kms per litre...thats mostly commuting to and fro work in traffic with the occassional squirt...not as bad as I thought it was going to be considering mods.

I read a review once of a stock 33 GTR V-Spec which was regularly returning 10kms per litre!

Seems pretty low, I think you may be calculating wrong.

eg. Should be 47.5/351 x 100 = 13.53Lt/100km, which to me sounds right. Still not bad

Try using this to make it easier:

Before i close... I can get to around 450-500km/s to a tank putting around, over 600 on the freeway, 280rwkw/RB26.

That's with around 45-50litres. 7.5 is terrible even for stop/start.
