How Can You Tell If Your Guards Have Already Been Rolled?

As per the title. I've got new tyres on the car that rub when I hit bumps.

Just wondering how I can tell if the car has already been rolled before, and how much you can actually roll them.

You can tell just by looking.

I don't know an easy way to explain this so I have a couple of pictures, I hope you get the idea.

Before - The lip usually sits parallel to the tyre.

After - The lip is now 'rolled' or bent upward.

yeh just run your hand along the inside of the lip if its all flat its rolled if you put ur hand under and there is like an L shape to your guard then no its not rolled.

so kinda like this
