Brakes Upgrade For Automatic V35

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I am after a 4 pot front calipers upgrade for my V35,

but I want it in a budget. So second hand parts are what I am looking for.

I've read lots about those R33 skylines upgrading their brakes and other V35's big brake kit upgrade.

After using the search button, I've found that there are lots of nices nissan 4 pots from R33 skylines.

Can I just buy them and installed on my car? how about the brake lines? brackets? rotors?

What should I do to make them fit and what kind of $$$ am I preparing for?

Thanks for your help=)

for $1000 is very hard. Unless you go for the used brand like K-sport or D2 etc.I got myself the brembo from the Manual 350z set me back about $2000 whole set.

how about the R33 skylines original ( NISSAN ) 4 pot? will they be good or better than those Ksport brand?? Actually i dont know what's the difference between brands.

Dont they all function the same as long as the surface area of the rotors and the pads are the same? talking about all of them are ( 4 pots )

K-sport brand have like 6 pot to 8 pots.

I don't know how does the R33 brakes compare to the Brembo. I don't think it'll be much different. They said the stock V35 brakes (non-brembo) are pretty good already for daily driving. Only 1-2 feet longer braking than the OEM brembo i heard.
