yea i know, i clicked the link and it put me at the last page i was on last time i read

apologies to everyone

anyway, it does bolt to the struts, but the actual brace member sits higher than the top of the struts, so its pretty much just eye candy...

imo

but, prove me wrong

nfi mang, but the way i see it, it holds the point that moves the most(strut top) in place, as long as the brace doesnt bend, should do the job. imo

can you please for the love of god just do what we say next time? it's not like we're trying to fuck your shit up.

we're not??

I tried to get a set for teh cef, and no one could get em, so I just went down to the wheel shop down the road from the workshop and the guy milled four out of chromolly for me on the lathe. cost me $30 in materials, a can of coke and a burger with the lot for his lunch.

get some done for me pl0x. i'll get measurements this week

yeh.... cenreline did mine as the car was already there.... so i paid the centreline tax :woot:

lol centerline tax. not inc fuel to get there

Too late lol. I already have all my wheels :D Fronts poke out heaps and rears are tucked in lol

same width/offset? if not, swap the rears to the front? simple fix

this.

you know what, f**k it. listen to your cock jockey mr2 fanboy mates. just picture your wheel rolling off in another direction as you corner, followed by a massive scraping sound as your brake disc/control arm/sump grinds into the asphalt. cos it could happen anytime with that setup.

Dude, I just said I'm getting rid of my spacers lol. Just sold them actually.

I might get a 5mm spacer, but not definite.

[rant]

yes in theory, but those frames that elevate the actual strut will take away all the torque because it has room to flex, might do something, but no where near as effective as if the strut was bolted to the top of the strut itself

[/endrant]

N00b question.... Would it hurt to have a little bit of positive camber in the rears? So they look wider than they really are? And then a little bit of negative camber in the front?

Or would that make the car handle like a bag of dicks?

yep true, hence why i said the top one would be for bling

it totaly would get in the way of the speakers wouldnt it? or does it sit just under the parcel shelf?

positive camber is generally frowned/facepalmed upon... about the only time you'd consider it is if you're doing drags and only drags i reckon.

can't you just get the rears re-made with a better offset.. new barrels or something?

sigh.. i want new wheels

i cant wait for funky to answer this.

your a bag of dicks.....

seriously but. i wouldnt know

you mention cawk alot..

Get new outers for the rear to make them 9.5" or 10"

this or

Why not just paint a bag of dicks on the rear wheels?

But yeh maybe just go wider on rears then if u dont want to go spacers

you also mention dick alot, you and mohsen .... ?

Find a 10mm spacer and STFU

or this.

Where can I get this done??? Is it expensive?

whitehorse industries i think its called?

for real, i feel bad for you come in here ask for advice and get burnt to a crisp everytime.

sell the wheels u got now, get the right wheels through streeter or something worth the wait and save ya self f**kin around.

probably the most worthwhile post i've ever made, someone quote this shit.
