Sending my iphone 4 back to vodafone because i've gotten out of my contract and they're shit.

yeah sounds about right for auction 10% approx over, keep in mind agents/sellers have a 15% leeway on auction which is a pain. I'd suggest sunday papers im not sure where else the info is available free. Agents subscribe to services for sale prices etc. To be honest the agent shouldnt have much issue telling you buyers are thin on teh ground so get in with a few agents well and they will look after you well and hook you up. pm me the address if you want i can try run em see if i get anything

the tiling isn't a major issue, but I'll still mention it..

the site manager has been alright with me since the start, knows I've got my construction white card etc and he's let me and mates on site earlier to do work before plaster etc went up...

Already thought about what I'd say if I mention it before final inspection, was just gonna say I went to check it out and the garage door was wide open, so I went in to see if anything had been damaged etc...
