Fuck fried chicken, it's all about grilled tenderloins from Nandos in Boronia. You won't go back to fried chicken after that.

bacon.

$200 of chocolate in bacon.

actually. save the block for SAU mountain retreat. Melt it down, combine with bacon and consume with alcohol.

This. Next SAU bulla cruise - we'll finish it off.

http://www.popeyes.com/

something like that would be nice.

Fuck that looks great!

Charcoal Chicken next to the Melbourne Show Grounds I know has fried chicken and is the other alternative to KFC.

Yeah right... $8+ for 4 little pieces of chicken meat...

KFC is good when cooked fresh, cuz their chicken can stink sometimes.

that's the problem i have with KFC here, the oil is pretty dodgy as well sometimes, and sometimes they cook too many at once, some parts aren't fried properly

You don't want to try the "Emergency Stock" then

Yeah drenched in oil and just becomes too soggy with no crisp to it.

That's why you get Wicked Wings / Zingers.

:)

the zinger here uses breast meat instead of thigh meat, dry, powdery, no fat content at all.

but wicked wings on the other hand, ahh i might go get some later.

Yeah!

I'ma hungry now too :D

Lol, i've had that, no, i want fried chicken today!

From Boronia Nandos?

Not from Boronia Nandos...I've had Nandos elsewhere and nothing compares. $15 and you'll end up with a tenderloins meal, decent sized strips that fill you up about as much as a regular sized restaurant parma + plate filled up with the best chips ever + powerade. When you consider that any decent large meal from KFC and co costs you $10-12 these days, it's not that bad. There was a time when I was having them 3 times a week lol. I've since cut down to 1, but I never get sick of it. It's quality chicken too, you can't hide shit chicken when you grill it.

Yup. I'll take you there friend, it won't let you down :)

Seriously on a "give me the regular" basis with the staff lol. Bad location putting it right near my gymnasium :(

For Nandos, I go the Classic Chicken Burger or Classic Double Chicken Burger with bacon + egg + cheese / Chips and Drink + a serve of 8 BBQ Ribs.

WIN!

:D

Yeah we've got popeyes in singapore, that's a little exy but its a perfect alternative to KFC, will check out that one near melbourne showgrounds soon..

    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
    • Wasn't there a thread on this very subject just a few weeks ago?
    • Hi all! Looking to relocate the battery to the trunk of an R34 GTT. I want to do it using as many stock GTR components as I can (including the harness protectors from the 34 GTR that run underneath along the chassis to the engine bay). So far I’ve purchased the battery tray from a 33 GTR, as the captive weld nuts are already there just asking to be used. There is also the slight issue of now having to relocate the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU, which in GTT’s sits right above where the battery will then sit on the tray. Has anyone already achieved this, and if you have any pics that you wouldn’t mind sharing? It would be great to see how others have done it and where you put them, as there are countless holes in the parcel shelf panel to potentially use. Just trying to get some ideas bounced around, and to help uncover any potential problems I may encounter by  my choice of location. TIA for any help!
    • Brand was ard.   I also threw a brand new battery at it and beefed up the wire from the alternator to battery and added an extra earthing point from the battery
