Haha that's the spirit. My friends and I also do the 40 hour famine, but we call it the 40 hour feast. It's a celebration of all things capitalist and western whilst we sympathise for those less fortunate.

Cousin used to own a grocery in st albans. he opened normal time, ie 9-10. and closed at 1-2. So they could go home and go to partys and stuff.

Some leave at noon.

ahh most of the ones I go to are almost always open late.. but I don't buy meat from them usually ergh... nor fried tofu puffs.. almost always mouldy :\ I don't know why but the meat is soft and spongey like it already has meat tenderiser in it..
