From what I see they range from 30-40k depending on condition. Don't quite look as good as the E46, but I'd take a Benz interior and smoothness in daily driving over the M3.

from what i've read the engine/gearbox are bulletproof.

parts aren't exactly cheap, it's still a 140K car (when new) but same story with m3

con - they only come in auto
