just want to know whether i need to use the check valve or will it be ok without it. i understand that under boost it shuts and on return to vacumm it opens but i have fitted a front facing plenum and want to replace the pipe with some aeroquip hose. thanks in advance guys.

If you don't run it, your brake booster will see boost and make the brakes rock hard and unuseable...

cheers mate i figured that was the case just really needed to clarify. will be sourcing one asap.

its ok, jobs taking a little while longer then we thought with some of the customer mods for the throttle cable and redoing the main harness so its neat chewing up alot of time.
