Where is the rust - rear wheel arches, front sills/rocker panel etc?

i imported it, looked at it..... said what da f@*K %@!&$**$)&*&^%##$$#% AND gave up on it

nah hasn't been complied.... you'll need to put parts back on to get it going and body work. like i said its a very good part car
