fair nuff Justinfox.

Specifically I found they faded more than the ultimates, and they were around twice the price. I've used both on the track, and with nice new brake fluid.

On the other hand they were far less dusty. The ultimates are horrible for dust and they can alos be noisy.

I've had EBC GreenStuff on the front and Black stuff on the rear for almost two years. Got new slotted rotors as well as the drilled ones cracked.

I think they are fantastic, I used to get brake fade about 1/2 way down the back of Mountain runs and now they are 85% fade free. Also on the race track I find them the same.

I'm going to install some brake ducts to hopefully get that last 15% as I cannot afford the Brembo upgrade :D

We put some on a mates HSV and got a great result.

  • 2 weeks later...

In most application EBC greenstuff is the way to go. It brakes well when it's cold, and enough to do a few pace laps on a circuit. So you'll get brakes on the street.

Only if you're doing serious racing more than driving your car on the road, then go for higher spec compound... (red or blue stuff)
