Right-angle Tyre Valves

I didn't think that they would be so hard to find, but split one of mine this morning & in the time I had to get to a few tyre places, nobody could help me out! End result was putting on a space saver & throwing the rim in the boot. This is what I'm talking about here:

Anybody have any clue where? Searching & google aren't helping me much either

try someone who deals more in truck and 4wd tyres our old hilux (or it might have been the pajero) had split rims and ran valves similar to that mind you i was about 10 when we had that car
