Rb25 Box Speedo Issue

after smashing my DE box the other week, finally got around to putting in a DET gearbox. all bolted in fine and is running, only problem is my speedo doesnt work! has anyone else here had this trouble? i did have to retrofit the plugs that came with my replacement box to the existing loom, but that didnt work....im guessing i havnt got them in the right order or something, unless its something more major.

any help would be appreciated, sick of not knowing how fast im going (revs are hard enough, especially trying to contend with fixed speed cameras)

ED: also discovered that my reverse lights dont work. so guessing that iv mixed that up too somewhere

anyone? surely someone whos done a manual conversion could tell me whats what

if ur reverse lights dont work highly likely (as u suggested) its the wiring to ur box, i can snap a pick of mine but doubt itd be too helpful to u as its an rb25 box in an r32 using a gtr cable..

Can you swap the plugs, ie you've plugged the reverse lights onto the speedo connection.

IIRC there are two plugs near the top of the box which are reverse and neutral, can't remember what the speedo plug looked like 'cause I threw it in the bin and replaced the sender with a Navara unit (again, 25 box in a 32 with a new GTR cable).

well see problem is, the plugs on the non-turbo loom were different to the ones on the turbo loom, so we had to swap them over, obviously not in the right order. going to put it over a pit tomorom and just trial and error it...should be fun!

got a speedo..but i think its reading MPH :S.....were there ever any export of GTSTs/stageas to the UK?
