Problems With Rust In Front Inside Panels

hey guys has anyone experienced rust in behind front panels from water sitting in places and shoiuld i look anywhere else this on a r33 gts t i want to treat it soon as before it goes any further its not that bad but i dont want it getting worse

wat should i do and how to treat it properly can anyone help me out

Hey Danny

Its common for R33 2doors(not sure with 4doors) but water gets trapped behind the sound deadening on the inside of the door skin causing it to rust, its because the top edge of deadening isnt sealed properly, lve cleaned it off before and then rust proofed with out the deadening but there is a slight tinny noise to the doors after. But better then rust.

But removing the sound deadening isnt a easy job.

As for other rust spots l havent experianced any other common points on R33.

Are you talking about the point at the top of the front gaurds where it meets the bottom of the windscreen? If so yes very common rust spot. Water sits there after any rain/wash.
