Hey guys,

Unfortunately I got into a bit of an accident so long story short, my front bumper is damaged. Basically there are quite a few cracks where the number plate is and a few long scratches here and there. But what I more concerned about is the crack. I'm thinking would it be cheaper just to get a whole new front bumper as opposed to repairing the existing damaged one? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

by the way I'm new to the forums so hey how's it going? :(

If your car is insured, just get the whole new front bumper. If you are thinking of having bodykit someday and don't mind letting stock bumper go, you can go aftermarket.

but whatever you do, make sure you go to a reputable insurance smash repair place.

My car is insured however my standard excess is a bit on the high end so if it's a lot cheaper to either get a second hand factory bumper or an aftermarket one then I'd probably go for that option.

Thanks for the reply guys!
