Sydney Aviation Model Show

1st and 2nd May 2010

Hangar 273

Bankstown Airport

This will be our 5th show and we are gaining experience and valuable knowledge from each and every show that has been run to date.

There are a few changes for the next show.

Our biggest change is we have moved the show to a larger size venue.

The passenger terminal served us well but we were fast out growing it and we have chosen an aircraft hangar at Bankstown Airport for our next show!

The hangar will accomodate more stands that will be generally bigger than stands at previous shows.

Added extras this time will be the addition of a static aircraft apron for attendees to enjoy as well as an operational aircraft display.

This will include some aircraft that will be open to the public and it's all included in the show entry fee.

Operational aircraft will be offering joy flights and these include our regular

R44 helicopter the Dragonfly Jet, Birddog, Cheiftan and a few more!

We also have a classic car collection on display that will include rare porsches, ferraris and others!

Kids entertainment will also feature with a jumping castle and face painting free for all attendees.

One of Australia's largest airline models will also be on display, a 1/16 scale

A330-200 which is almost 4m long!!!

    • The nipple is easy. It's not the turbo inlet pipe. It is the outlet of the turbo and it is the source of the boost signal to drive the wastegate.
    • if anyone has a stock rB25DET and can trace these lines and wires and show me what yours connect to I would really appreciate it. this was an RB20 auto car that's been DET/5spd swapped. i would like to figure out if the harness was never modified or replaced accordingly. black plug coming off the harness wrapping around the back of the intake manifold grey IACV plug random brown/grey plugs hanging out near the left strut tower the vacuum nipple coming off the turbo inlet pipe. i can't entirely tell what this connects to in the vacuum line diagram. so neither my TPS nor my IACV are plugged in. what should be here? yes, i've googled, yes, i've read the SAU threads and asked the FB groups. yes i've read the vacuum line diagrams and stuff.
    • He obviously had his reason for flipping you off. I wonder what it was...
    • Thats why I stay far, far away from Eastwood. only go there if I wanna eat Korean food
    • I have to agree like, yesterday, I was driving down the warringah freeway towards the bridge when this jackass driving a beaten up Honda civic cut me off so suddenly it made me almost yank the wheel to avoid him hitting my car. Honestly and he had the NERVE to flip me off (or some other gesture Idk). Im a calm guy, but really some people just dont deserve to have a license, let alone be allowed to drive on densely populated roads/highways. If youre gonna cut through lanes at least use the damn turn signal
