Exhaust Gasket Alignment Issues (cometic)

Hi Everyone

I have bought a cometic Triple layer steel gasket, and port number 4 doesn't line up on the head. There is about a 5mm offset.

It also doesn't line up on the standard manifold either with the same offset, so it seems the gasket is stamped incorrectly?

You can also see in the last pics, the first port is like the studs are too close together and is pushing the gasket up? (The studs are fine though)

The manifold goes on perfectly onto the studs...

Do you think it is a manufacturing defect? Surely cometic are higher quality than this?

Can anyone recommend something better?

I only want to be putting this manifold on once!

wrong one maybe, are rb20, 25 and 26 all the same?

No, different stud pattern. Maybe order another one in and compare them at the shop.

Its too close to be the wrong gasket.

I think its a botched one.
