i have the bost controller as above and ive noticed that if im fully fanging it (like we're talking fullthrottle top end of 4th and 5th on high boost, the little plastic plugs that come with it to block the one spare hole in the solenoid pop out and it starts overboosting, i even tried siliconing in one of the plugs but now all of em are popped so i cant run high boost until i block this up, no screw came with the kit to block it up which is stupid and the tyhread seems to not be of standard thread types for that size screw, wtf can i do ?

no because when the plug is in i get no overboost, but when the plug pops off i get overboost, because it creates a leak in the solenoid, dunno wtf is wrong with your boost controller then dude coz if u have a leak u should be overboostin

I dont know, mine had always run with no problems without the little plug for the 3rd port.

i dont actually have it connected atm cause i have an adjustable actuator.

hey sorry to post this up so late. But ive had a problem with my boost ever since i got the above boost controller installed and i just found out that the vaccum + pressure lines swapped the wrong way (with the actu8or hose where the preassure should be and vice versa) so i was getting a suck reading where i should have been getting a push reading to the valve unit.HAS THIS HAPPEND TO ANYONE BEFORE AND WHAT DOES IT DO TO THE OVERALL PERFORMANCE OF IT BOOSTING ETC.?????
