Rims Sizes For R34 Gtr

I have found the rims that i want for my R34 GTR, just need to decide what width and tyre size i should get. They come as follows:

1. 19x9.5 +12
   
2. 19x10.5 +12
   

The car is a daily and i don't want rubbing or rubber sticking out of the guards. Can anyone suggest what would be widest but easiest size to fit either 265 or 275's to?? Ideally i could get a 10" wide rim and run 265's to be safe, but they don't come in that size...

Thanks heaps for any thoughts in advance, and for those who will surely bring it up - i already have a spare set of 18's.

I have 19 x 10.5 + 15's on mine with 285/30's and I only get the slightest of inner guard rub on full lock. Mine is quite low too.

my rims are 19x10.5 +17 with 275/30 tyres, they dont scrub at all, but thats on an r33
