You could paint strip the rocker covers and plenum, (Use Primer for the under coat if you want) and then apply it with VHT High Heat Resistant / "Flame Proof" paint.

Or the ones you use to paint exhaust / extractors with or Brake Caliper paint.

As long as the paint can resist very high temps, you'd be fine.

I sprayed my Inlet Plenum with it and works fine, but the Inlet Plenum never gets all that hot.

you can just use normal car paint on both plenum and rocker covers. they don't actually get that hot (relatively speaking). you can still touch them without burning yourself even after driving hard. my father in law painted the whole engine of his hotrod with normal car paint and it's fine.

just did mine in normal paint, wasnt expensive so im not worried if the heat makes it flake off ill just paint it again
