Noel - You'll need to call me on this one. I've sent you two text messages. Circuit Club haven't received your payment and accordingly, they've cancelled your spot.

You'll need to send me your deposit date, reference and amount in order for me to have them track it down.

Liz.

lol Ben. dont you just put 200ml of fuel in it and just turn up?

Gonna be another last minute effort to get everything ready as I have zero time during the week to test anything or make adjustments grr.

can i organize an appropriate temporary license on the day?

Kinda last minute decision, as I'll now be taking Leif's spot for this track day and it'll be my first so I'm a bit unsure of it all

pretty sure you can purchase the wakefield liscence on the day

Seam: They provide you with numbers when you sign on.

ITINERARY

7.30: Gates Open - Drive in, sign in and get prepared!

8.45: Driver’s Briefing - This needs to be done before you are

allowed onto the track. If you haven’t signed in by now, you may

miss your first session on the track.

9.00: Track Opens

4.00: Track Closes

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Clothing: You will be required to wear long sleeve clothing and

closed shoes with socks. Helmets are mandatory on the track, one

can be arranged for hire if necessary.

General Car Condition: Please make sure your car is in complete

working order and you have no leaks or loose items in or around the

car.

Getting There: Wakefield Park is about 10 minutes outside of

Goulburn, located on Braidwood Rd. The turn off for this road is

right near Goulburn train station, with a big blue sign pointing the

way!

Sessions: There will be 4 groups on the day, classed by lap times and

experience. Remember, if you are having any issues with your group

on the day, see me!

probably would be a good idea to have the battery isolater switch position marked. The rest i think you have covered.

i recieved the itinerary etc from circuit club today but my computer wont open PDF anymore. anyone else get it? what does it say?

Does the car need any markings? Number, blue triangle etc? and just neck to wrist to ankle clothing + helmet I assume?sry if these are silly questions

I'll be located in the first row of garages with my red ute parked on the grass infront of my garage.......be good to get everyone grouped together to help each other out.

The CircuitClub trackdays are brilliant because the sessions are longer, a typical trackday is usually 6-10 laps where as the last CC Wakefield day I did was up around 10-15 laps.

    • Hey guys, I have dipped my toes into the pool of skylines finally and figured I would get amongst the forums and make an introduction post! My name is Callum, I'm from the north side of Sydney, and I am now 6 months into owning my 1992 R32 GTS-T (already having half of that time off the road in true nissan fashion). It is originally an AH3 car but at some stage of its life it has been resprayed in and out in TH1 with (in the sellers words) extra purple, parked next to an actual TH1 car it is a fair bit lighter in colour. It has also had the original RB20 swapped out for an RB25DET NEO which I presume to be out of a Stagea going off the AWD sump that has been sealed up. I won't go super into detail with mods as I want to create a build thread post soon. Unfortunately the car seems to have had a hard life as many of these have being previously a cheap sub 10k car, and I have barely any history on it so if anyone happens to recognise the car or thinks they may have any history I would LOVE to hear it as I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to car history, the seller had it roughly since 2020 I believe and was from Parramatta area if that helps. Look forward to being a part of the community, I have been to 2 SAUNSW events already (one being in 2022 prior to ownership, and once more a few weekends ago) so you could say I am not brand new to it but can definitely be more involved via the forums! (side note: I am pretty new to forums and struggled to attach pictures of the car, is there an easier method than having to have the pictures on facebook and copying the link from there? would love to know for future reference cheers!)
    • I have GT2860R. I'm not sure if they are -5 or -7. Do you know? These are the exact ones.  https://www.enjukuracing.com/products/garrett-rb26dett-gruppe-n-turbo-upgrade.html?srsltid=AfmBOopSCzHaDtf7nggL6R8KrD8RJP4wxBJitmkRmswmv2SaEbAVcxTe And to be honest, i think the car was the most enjoyable to drive on the streets when it was 280hp (205kw). I could enjoy all the revs to redline i wouldn't be going crazy fast, but just fast enough to know that you are working the car.
    • If i used a cooling system pressure tester, would it show me a leak with the head gasket? Ive used one before to chase down a leaking coolant hose. Not sure if this will work on the oil-cooler warmer.
