Ok... been an on going issue withmy car since i built it up... i have a mega spongy brake peddle. long story short is that it wont come good no matter what i try and do. bled it every method under the sun. have no just rebuilt the master cyln so thats brand spanking new. brand new pads front and rear and its STILL no good.

no fluid leaks anywhere, have checked all fittings and they are tight.

HELP!

Might not be relevant, but I had a similar problem fitting a new master cylinder (260Z) into my 240Z. Turned out there was a rubber block missing between the booster diaphragm and the pushrod in the master cylinder.

What is a BM44 master off? How different is the master you are using compared to the master being replaced (bore, stroke)?

All the calipers are similar to a R32 (4-pot front, 2-pot rear)?

Yeh the BM44 is also on the 33gtst. I had this issue a while back when i was changing brake pads. For sum reason and i dont know how i managed to do it. one of the brake lines had a sharp bend to it which was causing the brake fluid not to flow through it properly.

Not sure if it helps but i guess might be worth checking
