Changing Atf Questions

hay guys and girls im thinking of changing my ATF with some CASTROL TRANSMAX® Z. now there is nothing wrong with my trans but i can see were it would improve with the better oil.

so a few questions

will this method work

is there a better way

how much oil will i need

is there anything i should be looking out 4

i have herd that changing the oil can actually be bad 4 high km cars mine has +200,000km is this true

the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000km

you would be looking for shaving or a matlack look within the fluid

and the box alone takes 4lts , if you drain the torque converter too that is also 4lts
