Powerfc, Changing Knock Sensor Reading

hi, i must of accidently changed the setting on my power fc to read as a bar/graph instead of a numeric value,

how do I change it back to read a numeric value?

press UP

when you press up under any monitor mode, it shows you the top score, ie peak for that value

pressing UP on the knock display gives you the digital knock value, 60 flashes the engine check light
