Rb25det Neo Intake Manifold

before i start i no there will be people that will say use the search function and i have been for the last 3 hour but i have found nothing that helps.

i need to take off my intake manifold on my rb25 det neo as i need to replace that bottom half, does any one have and info on the best way to remove this or knows where i can get the info.
