New Turbo Boosting Before But Not Boosting Anymore?

hey guys today i was driving and the car was boosting fine....its running off the waste gate and then i give it a squirt all of a sudden it loses all boost bov doesn't work and had a grinding noise thingo soughta like when you pop your intercooler pipe off...so i had a look no pipes or what so ever was popped off? and the griding noise stopped and now i can't hear the turbo spool?

so any help would be great !

I'd check the turbo hasnt seized. Pull the inlet to the compressor off and see if it will spin freely.

would this happen if the wastegate was stuck wide open?

wired open means it just wouldn't build much boost and would be laggy as the wastegate would always be open bleeding pressure off the exhaust housing

ok so just took of the pipe that goes from turbo to afm mmm the front wheel is seized i can't move it at all? not in and out or left or right? and i can't spin the wheel? so what happened?

Bearing dead... Possible oil issue.

mmm i put brand new motul 300v chrono oil in it while i was installing the turbo? and i checked that there was no kink in the lines etc mmm

Sounds like turbo blades are eating into its housings. Remove intake pipe and check the comp wheel.

Rear bearings failed in my hks gt2835, took it to Per4manz and he did new bearings.

I checked the front wheel seems ok no dmg I'll have to check rear tmz hey Jase did u have to replace the blades and also how much did it roughly cost ya mate imma take it to per4manz on Tuesday

Dude, that sucks...

Just make shure you find out why the bearings went to shizat. Otherwise you'll have to re-build it all over again.

Expensive trial and error.

yeah man i guess its just bad luck lol well im know for sure the coolant lines were working perfectly oil line i danno? but ill bring him them too maybe the bearings where on their way out aye :?
