I got my 275/35/18 Kumhu KU36s (pair) fitted for less than $550.

I doubt 265's would cost much more.

Dirt cheap, and a cool place to hang out whilst they change them.

What you think of the KU36's.....Handling in the wet/dry?

I did a fair bit of research before purchasing them. Basically they're the best bang for your buck tyre you can get. Great value.

However their semi slick pattern doesn't make them the best in the wet. I stomped the brakes in the wet recently though just to see how the performed and they're no worse than my last street tyres.

After reading a few reviews I think I'm steering towards the Kumho KU36's.

I guess most tyres get a bit slippery in the wet, just have to take a bit more care.

The main thing ive heard they are superb in the dry. Please correct me if im wrong.

go to tyrepower hawthorne and ask for mickey, and tell him hamish from SAU sent ya... he'll sort you out

you'll probably manage to get some ku36's

also

access auto's in vermont sell federal tyres with an SAU discount... they are pretty good on the prices for 595ss 's

Thanks Hamish, ended up speaking to Mickey @ "Tyrepower Hawthorn" helped me score a set of 265 KU36's to suit my budget!

Top guy i would recommend him to anyone. He knows his stuff & excellent with prices!

Thanks once again champ!

Terry.
