I was given these when I bought a car, previous owner said they were modenas although after a bit of googling I think they are in fact Work/Stitch 3 piece wheels. One of the center caps does say Zepter but it is unlikely that they are Zepter's given that most of them are the mesh type wheels.

No clue what offset they are, given the tyre width I'd say they're 8.5 - 9 inch wide. PCD is 5 x 114.3

Wheels are gutter rashed (one is worse than the other - verticle one in picture). Tyres are Ventus 255/40/17 with 60% tread.

If Zebra won't take them I will.

I've been trying to look around the net for details but so far i havent had much luck. If you're in ACT I'm happy to let you try em on at my place, you'd probably wanna bring a hydraulic jack tho (unless you want to jack your car up with those OEM handcranked ones...).

no chance of that happening...My skylines isnt able to just nip up the road lol.

After looking around the inside I managed to find a sticker covered in dirt which has all the details,

17 x 9.0"

+40 offset
