Wierd Power Steering Issue.

Hey all this is a strange one, victim is rb25.

Power steering will not work in the morning for the whole drive to wqork 40 mins or so, however when i park it in the car park all day and get in it in the afternoon its working?

It used to start working half way to work but doesnt seem to be at the moment.

It sounds like something to do with power steering fluid not getting into the pump properly, i'm gonna rip it off this weekend to have a look, anyone have any other suggestions? power steering resevoir is full
