Dent In The Roof

my nephew some how managed to put a big dent on the roof of my r33,

any ideas on how to pop it back out without having to remove the roof liner inside.?

same thing with my passenger door, someone slammed there door into it while it was parked now theres a big dent there:(

any help will be much appriciated

how did it go man?

i tried this on a dent on the civic bonnet, but it was too sharp a dent to budge.

the upside is that it leaves no damage. so its easy enough to try.

yeah i gave it a go kinda came out on the roof, not so much on the door though, good idea though
