Grinding Noise When Stepping On Clutch

Hey guys,

I've only recently had this grinding noise when I step on the clutch. It is happening usually within the first few minutes of driving then goes away.

What could it be?

Could be thrust bearing.

[R34-2NV]

its definately a bearing mate,

ive had same problem and now i need a rebuild.

if you havent already had it checked, stop driving and get it done because rebuilds aint cheap..trust me lol!!!
