Spray Painter

My r32 GTR recently had its rear bumper reversed into. I'm looking for a recommendation of a good spray painter etc who can sand it back, replace any little bits like the reversing lights and get it all sorted. I'm looking for one in the Brisbane central area if possible, and preferably somewhere good value since it's my sister who reversed into the car and don't want to send her broke!

Damage is pretty minor and may not even require a new bumper. Any recomms?
