Hey guys, I've been recommended some JIC FLT-FAS for my GTT, but I was wondering if those'd be too stiff on normal roads, especially ones as bad as in Adelaide? How much can you dampen these things to not have the car rattle itself apart?

I run these in my GTT. very stiff. bearable on the softest damping settings. they are pretty much completly rooted now and just bounce and skip around the place. Thats after about 20,000 - 30,000ish k's daily driving.

Mind you, when i first got the car with them in it felt great.

I would sway towards the bilstein/king spring setup if its a daily car - its what im looking at and ive heard nothing but good things.

I run them in my R34, They seem pretty good on the street, even better on the track. Far better than my old Bilstein/whiteline setup which i found to be shit on both street and track

Really? first person I've ever heard that from.

If its not a daily they should be sweet. like I said.. they were great before they were destroyed by shitbox roads and lots of driving.
