hey guys

at the moment im looking at upgrading a few items throughout the engine. Ive got an rb25de (non-turbo). I was looking around and found a few things. I came across an RB30 loom & plenum for sale.Firsrlt would this fit into an rb25 engine? Would it also fit into a non turbo version? And lastly would it give me a bit of power difference?

I then came across a bolt on turbo. It was a T0E4 turbo charger. It didnt come with a wastegate or gaskets. What would i be looking at to get this installed in an rb25? Would all the internals have to be changed? if so most the parts? would it just be worth getting an rb25det?

Cheers

agreed with Chris ^^ in the matter of selling the gts and getting a gtst......as modifying a gts to a turbo you will have more headaches then anything.....how about just get a DET motor and replacing the DE motor thats another cheap option mate.....you can pick up DET motors pretty cheap these days as well

Cheaper option - buy a gts-t.

Got money to spend? Then buy an rb25det, 5 stud brake upgrade, everything you will need engine wise (turbo, ecu, manifold, etc.), then get someone to fit it.

But the short answer to your question, no advantage of rb30 plenum, dunno why youd want an rb30 loom. Turbo means youd need to prepare your current engine for it, or see my second point.

part 1

5 stud rims $1000 drift teks needed 2x tires as well

2x bf goodridge $320

drill rotors to suit 4 stud $80

4x calipers and rotors $1000

fitting from boost works $150

total $2550

part 2

braided lines $180

brake pads $110

Brake fluid $30

RDA group buy price cant be said

Total $320
